Darren has just finished in 5th place in the SPEED euroseries and is one of the most promising young drivers currently racing in the UK.
Darren said of his superb finish to the season:
"At the beginning of the year, I had set myself a goal to make it onto the podium by the end of the season. We have done that on a number of occasions but we never expected to go into the last round so far up in the championship standings.To finish 5th overall, in my first season in the FIA SPEED euroseries, is a great achievement considering all the problems we experienced at the start of the season and who knows, we may even have won if luck had been on our side in some of the races. I am now really looking forward to 2012, I hope to compete in the same series but this time we aim to be victorious!"
Having won the HSCC championship in 2010 and continuing to excel in 2011, Darren is set for success.
